Adding an emailaccount on an iOS device.
Step 1: Open Settings Tap on the “Settings” icon on your iPhone or iPad.

2: Scroll down and tap on “Apps” and search for “Mail”.


3: Tap on “Add Account” Tap on “Add Account” below the list of accounts.

4: Choose “Other” Tap on “Other” at the bottom of the screen.

5: Enter the account details Enter your name, email address, and password, and tap “Next”.

6: Choose “IMAP” Choose “IMAP” at the top of the screen.

7: Enter the server details Enter the following information:
Hostname: mail.example.com Username: your full email address Password: your email password Scroll down and enter the following information:
Hostname: mail.example.com Username: your full email address Password: your email password Tap “Next” to proceed.
8: Configure the server ports Enter the following information:
Incoming server: mail.example.com Port: 993 Encrypted connection: SSL/TLS Outgoing server: mail.example.com Port: 587 Encrypted connection: STARTTLS Tap “Save” to proceed.
9: Complete the configuration Tap “Save” to complete the configuration. Your IMAP email account is now set up in the default Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.
